The DOJO

Dojo is a Japanese word which simply means "school."  Our dojo features:

• High quality flooring that is designed specifically for martial arts training, to allow students to jump, grapple and fall safely. The flooring has a hygenic, easy-to-clean surface and a no-slip underside to keep the flooring securely in place.  The flooring mats are surrounded by a wooden frame to keep the mats from shifting.
   
• 6 ft high mirrors in the training area.
• Bose surround-sound audio system.
• Shower room.
   
• Four private changing rooms, and cubbies to store gear.
   
• Men's and women's bathrooms.
   
• Large lobby with seating for 20 spectators.
   
• Toybox and open space for young children to play while waiting for siblings to finish class.
   
• Warm-up area with mats and kicking bag.
  
  
• Exercise equipment: Punching and kicking bags, pull up bars, gymnastic rings, plyoboxes, resistance bands, 24 ft high climbing rope, 10 ft round trampoline, ceiling-mounted gymnastic spotting rig, two 10-inch thick gymnastics crash pads, hand-held punch mits, kettlebells, leg and arm weight bands, exercise balls, and more.
• Refridgerator, filled with drinks for sale and a place to put your waterbottle during class.
• Fast heat and air conditioning temperature control.
• Reading nook.

This facility is available for rent for those interested in holding a class on an ongoing basis, or for one-time events (such as parties, training sessions, etc.).
